The LVRP Moderation team helps maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable community. Moderators assist members, respond to reports, enforce community rules, and work with leadership to resolve issues.
Community Safety
Help keep the community safe by responding to rule violations and member concerns.
Reports
Review player reports, gather information, and take appropriate moderation action.
Member Support
Assist community members with questions, problems, and support requests.

STAFF STANDARDS
What we expect.
Moderators represent LVRP leadership and must maintain a high standard of conduct.
Fairness
Apply the rules consistently and avoid favoritism when handling situations.
Communication
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with members.
Confidentiality
Handle staff and member information responsibly and only share it when appropriate.
Maturity
Remain calm and professional even during difficult or stressful situations.
REQUIREMENTS

Be an active and responsible member of LVRP.
Have a strong understanding of the community rules.
Demonstrate good judgment and communication skills.
Complete required moderation training.
Maintain professional conduct as a member of staff.
